Team Giuntoli fundraiser for St Louis Arc prize draw
1. The prize draw is open to all entrants worldwide except the administrator of Team Giuntoli and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the prize draw.
2. Entrants must donate to the St Louis Arc fundraiser to enter this prize draw.
3. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Only one entry per donation will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person is allowed if entrant donates more than once.
6. Closing date for entry will be midnight (PT) on 31st August 2021. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
To enter the prize draw all you have to do is donate to our fundraiser for St Louis Arc and e-mail us at admin@teamgiuntoli.com with a screen grab of your donation confirmation e-mail and contact details.
9. The administrator of Team Giuntoli reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the administrator of Team Giuntoli’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the administrator of Team Giuntoli.
10. The administrator of Team Giuntoli is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
11. The prizes are as follows:
1 promotional 8×10 picture signed by David
1 Aunt Marie’s Book of Lore signed by David
1 Batman: Soul of the Dragon Blu-ray signed by David
The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
12. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received on 1st September. The draw will be broadcast live via Facebook live.
13. The winners will be notified by email following the live draw. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winners and pick replacement winners.
14. The administrator of Team Giuntoli will notify the winners when and where the prizes are dispatched.
15. The administrator of Team Giuntoli’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The winners agree to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
18. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
