LA fans will be pleased to hear that Downtown Independent will be screening Caroline and Jackie from today (31st May) until 6th June. However, tonight’s 7pm performance will have cast and crew in attendance for a Q&A directly after the film. The movie is due for theatre release on 3rd May in Los Angeles and New York only. However, Netflix will also release it online that day.

Great news, guys! Caroline and Jackie will be screened in cinemas in New York City and Los Angeles on 3rd May. This movie was filmed before David appeared on Grimm and also stars Bitsie Tulloch. Here’s a brief synopsis:
On a celebratory birthday trip, Caroline (Marguerite Moreau) visits her sister, Jackie (Bitsie Tulloch) and her boyfriend (David Giuntoli). But what starts out as a fun evening with close friends quickly goes askew, as the effects of the sisters’ obscure past begins to take its toll on the night’s affair. Caroline and the group attempt to support Jackie for an apparent illness – though it’s unclear who really needs the most help.
