Help us raise funds for St Louis Arc

As you all may know, the site celebrates its fifth birthday on 22nd August and to celebrate it we have decided, once again, to raise funds for St Louis Arc, a charity which is close to David’s heart. Our aim is to run this fund raiser throughout the month of August.

The St. Louis Arc is a non-profit, United Way agency that provides support and services to more than 3,500 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Our target goal is to reach $500 by 31st August, so we will be grateful for any donation, no matter how small. If you’d like to donate to our fundraiser, just click on the link below. Don’t forget to spread the word to help us reach our goal.

David responds to our birthday book

David has received our birthday book and here’s what he had to say:

We would like to thank everybody who contributed to the book and made it a creative and love filled gift. We will definitely continue this project next year, although we are still deciding on a new format. In the meantime, check out our gallery to see what this year’s book looked like.

David’s birthday book now sent

This is just a little courtesy note to let you all know that David’s Birthday book has now started its long journey to Los Angeles. We’d like to thank everyone that submitted a message for the book this year and we hope that you will take part in next year’s project, whatever form it may take. Photographs have been taken of the finished book and we will share them with you once we know that David has seen the book first.

Team Giuntoli Birthday Book Project 2017

This year’s book will be the last physical book that we will make! Over the coming weeks, the book will be created and will finally be sent off to David during the final week of May. As in previous years, we will share pictures of the book once we hear that David has seen it first. Thank you all, once again.

Please note: all messages that have been sent in will be included in the book. If you did not send your message in then this will not be included in the book.

After the success of our previous birthday book projects, we have decided to continue with our annual project. David has enjoyed our previous books, as you can see by reading his responses below:

2015

2014

2013

We know that his birthday isn’t until June but, for what we have planned, we need plenty of organisation time! Once again, we are hoping to create a birthday message book for David, containing as many messages from fans around the world as possible. We’re looking for simple birthday wishes, artwork or any other creativity that can be physically attached to a scrapbook.

Your message must be in one of the following formats: Word doc, jpg, gif, png. If your contribution can’t be e-mailed, then please contact us for an address to send it to.

Your submissions must be no larger than an A5 sized sheet of paper, as we would like to fit more than one message on each page of the book.

Submissions must be in by 21st April. This will allow us the time to put all your messages together, ready to be posted off to David during the last week of May.

To send your message, just attach it to an e-mail or write it within the e-mail itself, with the subject line “David Birthday Book Submission“. Our e-mail address is: teamgiuntoli@hotmail.co.uk

David’s final filming day

grimms1promo

After 6 action-packed years, today is the day that David will be filming his final scenes on Grimm. It has been an amazing journey but all good things must come to an end.

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish David a happy and enjoyable last day of filming and wish him all the best for whatever he goes on to do next. I have thoroughly enjoyed creating this site to celebrate and support his career and I’m committed and excited to continue this support for all his future projects. David is an extremely talented actor and I’m certain there will be fantastic new roles awaiting him once Grimm has ended.

So, thank you David for bringing Nick Burkhardt to life and in to our hearts over the past six years, we’re going to miss that Grimm. I’d also like to thank you for taking the time out to connect with us Grimmsters when you can, your warmth and generosity towards us is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.

Here’s to the future!

Happy New Year

I’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Happy New Year. I hope that 2017 brings you all fantastic new opportunities and is filled with peace and love.

Thank you for continuing to visit and support the site throughout the year and for the lovely e-mails and messages that I have received from you all. I really do enjoy hearing that you like the site.

2016 has been an interesting year for David news with the release of Buddymoon and his engagement to Bitsie. The big news of the year, though, was NBC’s announcement that Grimm would be ending with season 6. This was a big shock for most of us, knowing that the end is now in sight.

During this year, the site celebrated its fourth birthday back in August and has continued to go from strength to strength. We continued our birthday book for David earlier this year, which he enjoyed receiving and reading through. This year also had the addition of an engagement book project for David and Bitsie, which they both loved and appreciated.

Now back to the thank yous. Huge thank yous to Sue Dingo and Alex for all the moral and site promo support. I’m very lucky to have found such amazing friends. Also, you’re an excellent news hound, Sue, thanks for all the time you take to find it.

I’d also like to thank the following Grimm fan sites on Twitter for your continued support throughout the year, I hope our partnerships continue in 2017:

Grimm International

Grimm Fan

Grimm Fairy Tales

Grimm Brasil Oficial

Grimm Profiler

Damien Puckler Unofficial

David Giuntoli Spain

Team Renard

Team Sgt Wu

Team Trubel

Team Norberto Barba
My final thank you goes to David and the entire cast and crew of Grimm for giving us another year of an amazing show. Grimm may be coming to an end but it will always have a special place in our hearts. I hope you all go on to do fantastic things in 2017.

I hope you all have a happy and safe night tonight and that you are with the ones you love as we welcome in the new year.

Happy New Year!
