We’d just like to wish David and all of our American visitors a very Happy Thanksgiving! We hope you all have a peaceful day surrounded by the people you love most.
Things may be quiet on the David front at the moment, but did you know that there is a way that we, as fans, can help support his career? You may be aware of the STARmeter system over on IMDb that gauges public awareness of each actor, which film and TV industry professionals will take notice of when casting for a production. The more visits to an actor’s IMDb profile, the higher the STARmeter rises.
So, what we are suggesting is that maybe once or twice a week we all check out David’s IMDb profile to show the industry professionals that he is still popular. We recommend only weekly visits as IMDb monitors the STARmeter system closely and discounts multiple visits by the same user.
You can find David’s IMDb profile here – David Giuntoli

Our birthday fundraiser for St Louis Arc has now ended and we are very pleased to announce that it has been a complete success! We were lucky enough to reach our target of $500.
We would like to thank all our donors for their generosity and kindness in helping us support St Louis Arc, your donations really will make a difference. We would also like to thank those of you who were unable to donate but helped to spread the word about the fundraiser.
Team Giuntoli is 5 years old today! Thank you all for taking the time to visit the site, it really pleases me to see that you are all interested in the site and its social media profiles. I still find it hard to believe that what started as a small, unknown fan site is keeping you all interested 5 years on. I hope that you all enjoy the news posts and links that I post, if I ever miss something please feel free to let me know.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to all the David/Grimm team and fan accounts on Twitter and Facebook that have supported the site over the past year. I truly appreciate and respect each and every one of you.
I’d also like to send out another huge thank you to David because without him the site wouldn’t exist! Thank you for bringing us all together with your wonderful talent, great sense of humour and warm hearted personality. I hope that you enjoy the work that the site does and that you continue to find it a source of support and respect for you throughout your career.
So, thank you all once again for your continued support of Team Giuntoli for a fifth year. Don’t forget to join in our celebrations by donating to our charity fundraiser for St Louis Arc via the link below.

The site’s 5th birthday is only a few days away now! If you’ve enjoyed the work and passion that’s gone into the site, I’d be extremely grateful if you are able to donate to our charity fundraiser for St. Louis Arc. The $500 target is still to be reached by the end of this month, so every donation counts, even if it is just a dollar. St Louis Arc is a fantastic charity that really makes a difference to the lives of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in the St Louis area, which is also David’s hometown. David’s father was the Chair of this charity up until a couple of years ago, and David himself was honorary Chair for a year a few years ago. So you can see that this is a charity that is close to his heart. If you are able to help us reach our target, thank you. If you are unable, which I can fully appreciate as times are tough, then even sharing the link to the fundraiser would be a huge help. Thanks for taking the time to read this. The link to the fundraiser is below.

As you all may know, the site celebrates its fifth birthday on 22nd August and to celebrate it we have decided, once again, to raise funds for St Louis Arc, a charity which is close to David’s heart. Our aim is to run this fund raiser throughout the month of August.
The St. Louis Arc is a non-profit, United Way agency that provides support and services to more than 3,500 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.
Our target goal is to reach $500 by 31st August, so we will be grateful for any donation, no matter how small. If you’d like to donate to our fundraiser, just click on the link below. Don’t forget to spread the word to help us reach our goal.
We would like to thank everybody who contributed to the book and made it a creative and love filled gift. We will definitely continue this project next year, although we are still deciding on a new format. In the meantime, check out our gallery to see what this year’s book looked like.
This is just a little courtesy note to let you all know that David’s Birthday book has now started its long journey to Los Angeles. We’d like to thank everyone that submitted a message for the book this year and we hope that you will take part in next year’s project, whatever form it may take. Photographs have been taken of the finished book and we will share them with you once we know that David has seen the book first.
Team Giuntoli Birthday Book Project 2017
We have reached the deadline for our birthday book for David and submissions are now closed. We would like to thank all of you who have sent in messages for the book, we appreciate every single one. This year’s book will be the last physical book that we will make! Over the coming weeks, the book will be created and will finally be sent off to David during the final week of May. As in previous years, we will share pictures of the book once we hear that David has seen it first. Thank you all, once again.
Please note: all messages that have been sent in will be included in the book. If you did not send your message in then this will not be included in the book.
Team Giuntoli Birthday Book Project 2017
After the success of our previous birthday book projects, we have decided to continue with our annual project. David has enjoyed our previous books, as you can see by reading his responses below:
We know that his birthday isn’t until June but, for what we have planned, we need plenty of organisation time! Once again, we are hoping to create a birthday message book for David, containing as many messages from fans around the world as possible. We’re looking for simple birthday wishes, artwork or any other creativity that can be physically attached to a scrapbook.
Your message must be in one of the following formats: Word doc, jpg, gif, png. If your contribution can’t be e-mailed, then please contact us for an address to send it to.
Your submissions must be no larger than an A5 sized sheet of paper, as we would like to fit more than one message on each page of the book.
Submissions must be in by 21st April. This will allow us the time to put all your messages together, ready to be posted off to David during the last week of May.
To send your message, just attach it to an e-mail or write it within the e-mail itself, with the subject line “David Birthday Book Submission“. Our e-mail address is: firstname.lastname@example.org
